PKF ELEKTROPROMREMONT LLC, together with Pneumoequipment Start-Up LLC, has developed a new technology for pneumatic transportation of grain, meal and granulated pulp.

• The main disadvantage of classic pneumatic transport is high energy consumption – in new pumps, energy consumption is reduced by 80%. Compressed air consumption has been reduced from 60-120 to 12-24 Nm3/ton. We have made low energy consumption the main advantage of pneumatic transport.
• Special piping elements are no longer needed to transport the material. In the new pumps, the speed of material movement through the pipe has been reduced by more than 90%. Movement speed reduced from 30-60 to 2-3 m/s. The density of the transported material has been increased from 30-5 to 400-800 kg/m. Pipeline walls are not destroyed – pipeline service life up to 20 years
• Reducing energy costs has allowed the use of inexpensive and less efficient compressors.
• A large reduction in compressed air consumption made it possible to use inexpensive and less efficient air aspiration systems.The low specific consumption of compressed air makes it possible to efficiently and dust-free load vehicles, railcars and ships .
