Algorithm of the vacuum loading system with subsequent pneumatic transportation of material based on the Beaver 5000B pump

To load starch into the chamber pump, the hopper is equipped with a pneumatic layer valve, connected by a main line with a diameter (Du) of 200 mm to supply the material to the chamber pump.
The outlet cone of the hopper is located below the cut-in of the material supply line to the pump by ~ 3 meters.
To compensate for this height difference, the chamber pump is equipped with a vacuum unit.

Creating the necessary discharge inside the pump (up to (–) 10.15 kPa) and controlling the pneumatic layer valve, pneumatic loading of starch into the pump is carried out.
To ensure the reliability and durability of the air filter, the phase of creating a discharge in the pump and the phase of loading the pump with starch are performed alternately.
This allows you to pump out relatively clean (slightly dusty) air from the pump and not clog the filter element with starch dust.

In addition to this, the filter cartridges are pneumatically cleaned after each loading of the pump.
The estimated loading time of the chamber pump is 2.5 minutes.
Loading capacity is 1 ton/minute.

The equipment is made of steel 08Х18Н10 (AISI – 304)

Pneumatic flour transport

The system of pneumatic transportation of flour from mills to the output hopper for packaging performs the following functions:

• Pneumatic transportation of flour through a pipeline for a distance of up to 30 meters, at a speed of 2-3 meters per second, with a productivity of up to 2 tons per hour

• The cyclone-type waste hopper ensures the accumulation of flour in the amount of 3 tons (1.5 hours of continuous operation of the grinding shop)

Pneumatic ship loading line for bulk cargo with a capacity of 200 t/h at a distance of 200/400/600 meters from the warehouse of finished products.

Description of how the loader works:

Pneumatic loading of the ship is carried out by transporting the material through a 200(250/300) mm pipe at a distance of up to 50 meters at a low speed (1-2 m/s) in a dense layer (flow density 0.7-0.9 g/cm3) due to a small volume of compressed air (1.8-2.2 m3/t) of low pressure (0.1-0.15 MPa).

Loading of material into the ship’s hold is carried out from a pneumatic chamber pump with a volume of 20 m3 through a flexible pipe of 200 (250/300) mm and a telescopic loader located at the end of the pipe. Positioning of the telescopic loader in the ship’s hold is carried out using a POTAIN self-mounting crane of the IGO32 series with a load capacity of 4 tons and a boom reach of 30 m.

If the material warehouse is located at a distance from the berth, the transportation of the material to the loading place will be carried out by additional chamber pumps connected in series to the pneumatic transport line.

System of distribution of fodder of the sturgeon complex based on pneumatic transport,with a subsystem of separation and return of fodder dust to the production process.

The feeding system of the sturgeon complex will consist of the following parts:

1. Feed production plant with silos of ready-made bulk feed of various fractions and a loading device of the transport system of the 1st level.
2. Transport system of the 1st level from the hoppers of the finished product warehouse of the compound feed plant to the daily storage hoppers of the feed distribution line of the growth pool blocks (BVB).
3. Transport system of the 2nd level from the daily storage hoppers of the feed distribution line to the storage bins of the BVB robotic feed dispensers.
4. Robotic feed dispensers for distributing feed to BVB basins of a given type of feed, volume, number of feeding times per day.
