Service and maintenance is carried out during the entire period of operation of the equipment and control systems under contractual conditions.

  • Production and technical consultations

The warranty period for pneumatic transport equipment is valid subject to compliance with all operating rules stipulated by the company’s regulations.

If the buyer does not comply with the conditions of operation described in the contract of warranty obligations and service, the manufacturer has the right, at its own discretion, to remove the equipment from the warranty, or refuse the buyer permission for a warranty case at the expense of the manufacturer and repair or replace the equipment at the expense of the buyer with subsequent restoration of warranty obligations.

Guaranteed technical and service maintenance is carried out only by the engineering and technical department of “Southern Pneumatic Transport”. At the same time, the control of the operation of the equipment, the training of the buyer’s employees in the care of the equipment and the supervision of the correct operating conditions are carried out. This procedure is of great importance for the equipment manufacturer and, if the buyer does not perform the service during the warranty period, reduces its service life. In this case, the buyer will be fully responsible for the delivered equipment, repair it and replace the elements independently.
